Real Journeys Story Program Terms

PLEASE READ THESE REAL JOURNEYS STORY PROGRAM TERMS (THE “PROGRAM TERMS”) CAREFULLY. BY SUBMITTING A STORY, PHOTO OR ANY OTHER CONTENT THROUGH THE REAL JOURNEYS SUBMISSION FORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND BY THE BABYRX TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING ITS ARBITRATION PROVISION. THESE PROGRAM TERMS ARE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS UNDER THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF THESE PROGRAM TERMS ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE, THESE PROGRAM TERMS CONTROL WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM.

1. The Program

Real Journeys (the “Program”) is run by BabyRx LLC (“BabyRx,” “us,” “we” or “our”). Through the Program, BabyRx collects true stories from people who have used BabyRx products about their journey to pregnancy, and may feature selected stories on the BabyRx website and in other BabyRx materials. The Program is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Tally, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of submission and who have used a BabyRx product. Employees of BabyRx, its affiliates and agencies, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to receive a reward. No purchase is necessary to submit a story, and a purchase will not improve your chances of being featured. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Program Period

Submissions open on the date the Real Journeys submission form is published and close on November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Program Period”). Submissions received after the Program Period ends will not be considered. BabyRx’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Program.

4. How to Submit

To submit, complete the Real Journeys submission form linked from BabyRx emails and babyrx.com, answer all required questions, upload at least one photo, and agree to these Program Terms. Limit one (1) submission per person. Incomplete submissions, submissions that do not include a photo, and submissions made by automated means are not eligible.

5. How Stories Are Selected

BabyRx will select up to twenty-five (25) submissions to feature (“Featured Stories”). From the Featured Stories, BabyRx will select five (5) favorite stories (“Favorite Stories”). Selections are made by the BabyRx team based on the following criteria: (a) the submission answers each question with meaningful detail; (b) the submission includes a photo submitted by the entrant; and (c) the story describes the entrant’s own, genuine experience. Selection is not random. All decisions of BabyRx are final. BabyRx is not obligated to feature any minimum number of stories, and submitting a story does not guarantee that it will be featured or published.

6. Rewards

Each person whose story is selected as a Featured Story will receive one (1) bottle of a single BabyRx product of their choice, shipped free of charge to an address in the United States. Bundles and multi-bottle products are excluded. The approximate retail value of the reward is the price of the selected product as listed on babyrx.com at the time of selection.

Each person whose story is selected as a Favorite Story will also receive one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card, delivered by email.

Limit one (1) product reward and one (1) gift card per person. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except that BabyRx may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a selected product is unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the terms of their issuer. Recipients are responsible for any taxes associated with a reward.

7. Notification and Claiming a Reward

BabyRx will notify people whose stories are selected by email, at the address provided on the submission form, on or before December 1, 2026. To claim a reward, a selected person must reply within fourteen (14) days of notification with the information BabyRx requests, such as product choice and shipping address. If a selected person does not reply within that time, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, the reward may be forfeited and BabyRx may select another story.

8. License to Use Your Story

By submitting, you grant BabyRx and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, translate, and edit for length or clarity, your story, photo, first name and any other content you submit (collectively, your “Submission”), in any media now known or later developed, including on the BabyRx website, in emails, on social media and in advertising, without further compensation to you except the reward described in Section 6, if selected. BabyRx will identify you by your first name only and will not publish your last name or email address. BabyRx will not change the meaning of your story. When BabyRx publishes a Featured Story, BabyRx will disclose that you received a reward for sharing it.

9. Your Representations

By submitting, you represent and warrant that: (a) your story is true and describes your own experience; (b) you took the photo you submitted or have the right to share it; (c) you have permission from every identifiable person shown in the photo to share it, and, for any child shown, you are that child’s parent or legal guardian; and (d) your Submission does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law. BabyRx may decline to use, or may remove, any Submission at its discretion.

10. Removing Your Story

You may ask BabyRx to stop using your Submission at any time by emailing hello@babyrx.com. Within thirty (30) days of your request, BabyRx will remove your Submission from the BabyRx website and social media accounts it controls and will not use it in new materials. BabyRx is not required to recall materials that were already printed, sent or otherwise distributed before your request.

11. Not Medical Advice

Stories shared through the Program describe the personal experiences of individuals and are not medical advice. Individual results vary. BabyRx products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please talk to your doctor about your own fertility and health.

12. Privacy

BabyRx will use the personal information you provide through the submission form to administer the Program, including to contact you about your Submission and any reward, in accordance with the BabyRx Privacy Policy. BabyRx will never publish your email address or last name.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, you release BabyRx and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any claims, losses or damages arising out of your participation in the Program, your Submission, or the receipt or use of any reward, to the fullest extent permitted by law. BabyRx is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected submissions, or for technical failures of any kind.

14. Changes to the Program

BabyRx reserves the right to modify, suspend or end the Program, or to change these Program Terms, at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
